1/4 cup | miso | I used a combination of red and white, but I'd recommend using all white. | |||

1 teaspoon | ginger, grated | ||||
1 teaspoon | 1 clove | garlic, minced | |||
1 tablespoon | soy sauce | ||||
1 tablespoon | sesame oil | ||||
1 teaspoon | chili pepper flakes |
Methods:
- Gather all materials.
- Whisk together miso, vinegar, sugar, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili pepper flakes. Add in some water if needed. Marinate tofu in sauce. (optional)
- Bake at 350F for 10 minutes. Flip over and bake for additional 10 minutes.
