An easy and unique baked tofu flavored with miso, sesame oil, and soy sauce.

Materials:

Mass Weight Volume Number Material Notes
1 pound 2 blocks tofu, sliced into sticks
1/4 cup miso I used a combination of red and white, but I'd recommend using all white.
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
1 teaspoon 1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon chili pepper flakes

Methods:

  1. Gather all materials.
  2. Whisk together miso, vinegar, sugar, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili pepper flakes. Add in some water if needed. Marinate tofu in sauce. (optional)
  3. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes. Flip over and bake for additional 10 minutes.
