A super scrumptious garlic butter shrimp you can make quickly and easily! Serve with some pasta, rice, or bread and call it a meal.

Materials:

10 ounces shrimp
1 tablespoon 3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup vegetable stock
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
3 tablespoons butter

Methods:

  1. Gather all materials.
  2. Melt butter.
  3. Cook shrimp in butter for a minute or two on each side.
  4. Remove shrimp, and heat garlic in butter until fragrant.
  5. Add in veggie stock.
  6. Return shrimp to pan, and cook until done.
