Materials:

2 cups cranberry sauce
2 slices bread, crumbs
1 egg
1 pound ground meat I used chicken.
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 tablespoon thyme
1/4 cup tofu, mashed or ricotta cheese

Methods:

  1. Gather all materials.
  2. Combine all materials except cranberry sauce.
  3. Form meatballs about an inch in diameter.
  4. Bake at 375F for 15 minutes, until cooked through.
  5. Drizzle cranberry sauce on top before serving.
