Methods:
- Gather all materials.
- Cut bananas in half, lengthwise. Melt brown butter in a pan, and place sliced bananas into pan, cut side down. Add in brown sugar.
- Whisk into homogeneous mixture as bananas begin to fall apart.
- Mix in milk and vanilla. Refrigerate mixture.
- Freeze, following ice cream maker instructions.
