Methods:
- Gather all materials.
- Whisk together lime juice, peanut butter, water, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Amount of water can be adjusted for desired consistency.
- Combine cucumber and carrots.
- Combine sauce with cucumber mixture. Shake to coat well.
