Shrimp Scampi

1 tablespoon | butter | ||||

16 ounces | spinach |
Methods:
- Gather all materials.
- Combine parsley, oregano, white wine, lemon, and shrimp.
- Meanwhile, melt butter and heat garlic until fragrant.
- Add shrimp mixture and cook until done. Meanwhile, cook pasta following package instructions.
- Toss drained pasta into pot with shrimp, making sure pasta is well coated.
- Throw in some spinach and cook using carryover heat if desired.

I've been finding the same this lately... that there's little time to cook and shrimp (and pasta) is just the right thing to whip up for dinner. I'll definitely be saving this recipe! Delicious!
