Methods:
- Gather all materials.
- Whip cream.
- Combine lime juice, lime zest, and sweetened condensed milk.
- Pulse graham crackers with brown sugar.
- When almost finished pulsing graham crackers, pour in butter.
- Fold lime mixture into whipped cream.
- Press graham cracker crust into bottom of ramekins.
- Put key lime mousse on top. I piped it in to make it look nicer. :) Chill and serve.

DeleteI love key lime pie and your recipe takes it to new heights. I really can't wait to try this. I don't have 12 ramekins though. I will have to find another way to serve this so it's not going to look as gorgeous as yours but hopefully it will taste as delicious!
ReplyDeleteAnother option might be using little bowls. You could also make a larger one, and cut before serving. :) Just as delicious either way!
