Methods:
- Gather all materials.
- Roast bananas at 400F for around 10 minutes.
- Form Dry Team by combining flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
- Form Wet Team by mixing bananas, sugar, butter, and (optional) eggs.
- Combine Wet Team and Dry Team. Pour into a greased loaf pan, and top with oatmeal if desired. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.

I love banana bread which is weird because I don't really care for bananas. I would have never thought to roast the bananas but I bet it adds amazing flavor.
