The Top 5 round up for September's a bit late since I've been travelling for the past 4 weeks. First I went to Boston for a work conference, then vacation! We decided to take a vacation after James graduated, and we needed somewhere relatively cheap, so we settled on Spain, Morocco, and Gibraltar. Lots of tasty eats, good stories, and beautiful views. :) Now if only I can get the rest of "life" caught back up. :P
Without further ado, here's the Top 5 roundup for September!
5. Garlic Mashed Sweet PotatoesPin ItSince sweet taters are coming into season now, why not try a savory version? The garlic combines well with sweet potatoes for a sweet potato dish that's not overly sweet. :)
4. Bacon JamPin ItMy personal favorite - this bacon jam's full of sweet and savory bacon goodness.
3. Pumpkin Spice MuffinsPin ItWith all the pumpkin mania going around, try some of these pumpkin spice muffins! They're healthy enough for breakfast and tasty enough for dessert. :)
2. Asian Salmon SaladPin ItFlavorful salmon with super crispy skin! Plus some garlic, ginger, and soy sauce for an Asian flair. :)
1. Balsamic Parmesan Roasted CauliflowerPin ItYou know roasting brings out all the flavors, then throw in some Balsamic and Parmesan - it's easy to see how this recipe got to #1! |
