Around here, we love roasted vegetables. I also enjoy the flavor of Balsamic vinegar. The tangy sweetness just works out well with so many flavors - savory or sweet. Since James isn't such a big fan of cauliflower, I figured I'd combine the powers of roasting and Balsamic vinegar and throw in some cheesy goodness. When those powers combine, you get Balsamic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower. Savory Parmesan and sweetly tangy Balsamic, roasted with cauliflower florets. You literally just shake all the materials together and roast. Nothing better than simple, quick, and tasty. Give this Balsamic Roasted Cauliflower a try and see if you agree!
