It's time for SRC again! Each month, we get to select a recipe from another blog to make, and this month, I selected this recipe from Bizzy Bakes. I also wanted to try out apple pancakes, Moroccan vegetables, and bok choy, but the Asian Salmon Salad won out. Chaya modified her recipe for baking from a grilling recipe, and I modified her recipe for pan frying! I really wanted the crispy, crunchy skin you can get by pan frying. Plus, I thought it'd be a bit faster than baking. I also opted to add some ginger and increase the amount of garlic. We'd also recently bought a bunch of lettuce, so I served this Asian Salmon over lettuce instead of spinach like Chaya. Grilled, baked, or pan fried, I think you'll enjoy the flavors of this salmon!
What's your favorite way to cook fish - baking, grilling, pan frying, or something else?
