If you know me, you know I'm a fan of guacamole. In fact, I even did a series on guacamole a while back. Then I saw this recipe from What's Gaby Cooking. How had I not thought of a cheesy guacamole?! And is it even possible to combine yummy cheesy goodness with a delectable guacamole without achieving something completely splendid?
What are your favorite cheese foods that most don't eat with cheese?
