I'd seem various posts by members of the Secret Recipe Club, but I always thought I wasn't ready yet. Well, towards the end of last year, I decided - next year, I'm joining in! I didn't quite make it in last month, but I'm certainly excited to join in this month. :)
When I found out I was paired with Searching for Dessert, I got a bit scared. Dessert's not really my thing. Luckily for me, Shannon's got more than just dessert! I figured I'd start off easy, and as soon as I saw this recipe, I knew what I'd make. I'd made similar biscuits before, but I also like to experiment and compare. :) When I feel like more of a challenge, I'm thinking I'll try the Ricotta Cheese or some Tofu Parmesan. And for all you dessert lovers, Shannon's definitely got you covered!
