DeleteI confess I don't make meatballs very often, but my family LOVES them. These look easy and quick!
ReplyDeleteI'm with you on that! I don't make meatballs often since they take a bit longer than most things I make. However, these meatballs were relatively quick and easy. :)
DeleteThose sound great! And, really easy, too! My kind of recipe. :)
ReplyDeleteMe too! Love those simple and tasty recipes. :)

I bet it'd work great with turkey too - kinda like a Thanksgiving meatball. :) Let me know what you think once you get to give it a try!

We like the lighter flavor of chicken in this meatball, and the cranberry sauce compliments it perfectly. :) Hope you enjoy these meatballs! Let me know what you think once you give these a try. :)

ReplyDeleteHope you enjoy it! We really did. :)
DeleteThese look so good! I've never tried chicken meatballs, but these seem very easy to make. And the cranberry sauce would be a wonderful sweet/tart contrast. Thanks for sharing #MerryMonday
ReplyDeleteI agree! Sometimes I get tired of eating meat balls made from the same meat, and these meatballs are a great way to switch it up. :) The cranberry sauce does provide a wonderful contrast too!
DeleteWhat a neat recipe for the holiday season!

DeleteWho doesn't like meatballs? Great recipe - Thanks for sharing on the What's for Dinner link up.
ReplyDeleteMeatballs are such fun too! Hope you enjoy this one. :)
DeleteThose look amazing! They remind me of the meatballs that my family has been making for generations! Ours is a Swedish meatball with Lingonberry jam. I imagine it would be similar. That savory/berry combo is to die for!
ReplyDeleteAgreed! Savory/berry combo's delicious. :) Lingonberry sounds like a good flavor too. :)
