Mexican Pizza

3 tablespoons | refried beans | ||||
2 tablespoons | olives, sliced | ||||
1/2 teaspoon | green onions, sliced | ||||
1 tablespoon | tomatoes, diced | ||||
other taco toppings (avocado, guacamole, sour cream, etc.) as desired |
Methods:
- Gather all materials.
- Place tortillas on a baking tray.
- Top half the tortillas with cheese, olives, tomatoes, etc. (Not refried beans and meat.)
- Spray other half of tortillas with a bit of oil. (I used a Misto.)
- Bake at 350F for ~10 minutes, until tortillas crisp and cheese melts.
- Spread refried beans over tortillas without cheese and toppings.
- Top refried beans with taco meat.
- Stack tortilla with toppings and cheese on top of tortilla with refried beans and meat.
- Sprinkle green onions (and any other desired toppings) on top.
