Combine pear and Brie cheese with a bit of rosemary for a more "elegant" quesadilla, perfect as an appetizer, snack, dessert, or anytime!
I've made quesadillas before, but I always went with savory. As soon as I saw this recipe from Two Peas and Their Pod (featured on Five Friday Finds), I knew I had to try it. It's about time to switch it up and try some sweet quesadillas! Luckily for me, I had all the materials on hand. These quesadillas provide a nice contrast to your usual savory quesadillas with their sweeter flavors. The Brie perfectly complements the pear, making for a more "elegant" quesadilla. It's perfect as an appetizer, snack, dessert, or even a meal!

Cranberries do sound like another tasty option! I hadn't even thought of those, but they might be even better than pears. :)
