1/2 teaspoon | lime zest | ||||
1/2 teaspoon | chili powder | I like chipotle. | |||

Methods:
- Gather all materials.
- Tear kale into chip sized pieces.
- Spray with oil. I used a Misto.
- Sprinkle with chili powder, salt, and zest.
- Mix everything together, then spread out in a monolayer.
- Bake at 350F until crispy.

What a great flavour! We usually do chilli or cajun kale chips, but have never thought to add lime! Thanks for sharing at Fiesta Friday.
