I've got James guest posting today. Can you tell we've been a bit busy these past few weeks? :P
It’s said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but often times it seems as if whoever said that never had a life. Between work, school, family, or whatever obligations hold us captive, it’s hard to carve out a little time to manage something worthwhile to eat. The easiest option is to look for the nearest drive-thru window at the risk of being stuck in more traffic afterward. That’s how my wife came up with the idea to “stock up” on breakfast before the week begins. A few ingredients and a little time yield a bounty of great tasting cheddar biscuits. These are great cold or piping hot with a nice strong cup of coffee, tea, or whatever your daily poison. It’s a fun alternative to your typical processed oatmeal mix, stale breakfast bar, or toaster pastry.
