I'm trying to incorporate more seafood into my diet, and I thought this teriyaki salmon would be a quick and easy meal to make. There were literally two ingredients in this dish, and prep time was less than 1 minute! Although I just threw the two together, this is also an easy meal to prepare ahead of time by letting the salmon marinate in the teriyaki sauce. Marinating would create a more deeply flavored fish. Teriyaki salmon could go well on top of some rice, noodles, or just by itself. When serving on rice, the sauce can also be used to flavor the rice.

Methods:
- Pour teriyaki sauce over salmon.
- Cook the salmon. I baked mine at about 325F for about 5-10 minutes. You could also broil the salmon.
Note: Although I just went for the quick and easy meal this time, some additional ingredients that could be added are ginger and green onions.
